HEALTH IS WEATH…
As someone who demands the most from their body not only physically but in some extreme conditions travels most of the year, I know how important nutrition, rest and physical expertise is.
I’m able to transfer this 20 yeas of fitness and nutrition knowledge to athletes that I train for results and also students for self defense.
